Microkeeper now integrates with Teamtailor, a modern applicant tracking system and employer branding platfrom. With this integration, your hiring pipeline and your HR platform are connected, so the moment a candidate is hired in Teamtailor, they're ready to onboard in Microkeeper.
How it works
When a candidate is moved to the Hired stage in Teamtailor, their details are pushed directly into Microkeeper. A new employee record is created automatically, and they receive a welcome email and SMS.
From there, Microkeeper's online onboarding workflow takes over, contracts, documents, super and bank details, and everything else a new starter needs to complete before day one.
No manual data entry, no re-keying candidate details, and no handover errrors at one of the most important moments in the employee lifecycle.

If recruitment has been a separate step that happens before someone lands in your HR system, this integration removes that gap. Candidate information captured in Teamtailor carries straight through to Microkeeper, so your team isn't manually transferring names, contact details and role information every time someone is hired.
