What happens if I cancel my plan?

You can cancel your Microkeeper account at any time through the Billing page. It's important to export all necessary reports before cancellations, as access to reports will be lost unless billing is restarted.

What happens when employees leave my business?

When an employee leaves, you should terminate them in the Employee Profile rather than deleting them. This ensures you retain their records for compliance purposes.
